NAME: Ki Blast RANK: E TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very Low DESCRIPTION: Ki Blasts are formed and discharged portions of ki, usually used for fighting. They are also one of the most basic offensive uses for Ki and are usually taught or learned before any other offensive Ki technique can be learned. Depending on their usage and power of the user, these discharges can range in their destructive power and their ability to damage opponents. NAME: Jolt RANK: E TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very Low DESCRIPTION: A basic energy technique in which the user turns some of their energy into concentrated electricity and releases it through physical contact as a small, centralized jolt of electricity. This can be used to enhance a physical attack, to stun a body part or weak enough person for a moment, or even to charge technology outside of combat. NAME: Continuous Energy Blasts RANK: D TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: The user brings their arms to their sides, charges up ki, and then he throws his hands forward one after another as he rapidly fires many energy blasts. It is effective for quick, widespread and massive amounts of added up damage. This technique is good for drawing attention or cover fire, but is not worth the energy it costs for prolonged use. NAME: Eye Laser RANK: D TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very Low - Medium [depending on intensity] DESCRIPTION: Eye Lasers are precise laser-like beams of concentrated energy shot from the user's eyes. The potency of the Eye Laser technique varies depending on how much energy is put into the technique, but most of them are fast and able to nullify weak attacks and destroy small projectiles, as well as pierce or cripple specific points on an opponent's body. NAME: Basic Energy Blade RANK: D TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: Energy Blade is a sword technique used by several fighters by forming ki into a piercing energy blade around their hand. This adds cutting power to their ki and depending on the skill of the user can be incredibly sharp, enough so to cut through the center of other Ki techniques of a similar power. NAME: Mouth Blast RANK: C TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: High DESCRIPTION: A Mouth Blast is a strengthened blast of concentrated ki released from the user's mouth, funneling it into a widening beam. This is a powerful way to release energy, but is also very costing to use. However, it is not difficult to learn to perform for anyone who has knowledge of the fundamentals of ki. NAME: Levitation RANK: C TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very Low [constant] DESCRIPTION: Levitation is a technique that requires skill with Ki control and has the user manipulate their internal energies for a supportive, non-offensive purpose. It allows the user to lift themselves off of the ground and into the air, staying their. They can also perform slow movements and changes of direction while levitating, but for anything more elaborate or fast it needs to be used in conjunction with a non-leviation movement such as a kick off of an object or a jump, or an attack. NAME: Kiai RANK: C TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Low - Very High [depending on what they're pushing away] DESCRIPTION: Kiai is a technique where the user affects the air currents around themselves by releasing their aura and infusing the air with ki to produce powerful shockwaves in order to strike the opponent or counter energy based techniques. The Kiai released can either be invisible, white or the color of the user's Ki depending on how much energy they are putting into the technique. NAME: Explosive Wave RANK: C TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: The Explosive Wave technique is similar to the Kiai technique in that it is designed to push things away with a powerful shockwave. The user forcefully bursts out ki from all over their body in order to repel the opponents around them. NAME: Power Lend RANK: C TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very High DESCRIPTION: By channeling all of their energy through the air, the user lends their energy to someone in order to give them a temporary boost in the strength and generation of their Ki, allowing their target to perform either additional or more powerful attacks than they would usually be able to perform. This technique requires the user to understand how Ki works and be able to sense Ki. NAME: Solar Flare (Taiyoken) RANK: B TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: The Solar Flare is performed by the user placing their hands close to the center of their face with the fingers spread toward their eyes. The user then calls out the name of the technique, which provokes a white light to fire out and blind everything watching except the user, since they are projecting the light. This technique is defensive, and is mainly used as way to gain the upper hand, make a hasty retreat, or to set up a more complicated technique without fear of interruption. NAME: Flight RANK: B TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Low [constant] DESCRIPTION: Flight is a technique that requires skill with Ki control and experience with manipulating internal energy for non-offensive purposes. Like levitation, it allows the user to lift themselves into the air; unlike levitation, it allows the user to move quickly and perform acrobatic feats with the same grace and ease they would on the ground, allowing its users to perform techniques that would normally be very impractical or downright impossible without it. NAME: Power Up RANK: B TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very Low - Very High [depending on intensity] DESCRIPTION: Powering up is a process used to gather ki and increase one's physical and spiritual output. This is done by temporarily amplifying the user's energy in a short burst, and is done so that a greater advantage in battle can be obtained. It only lasts for a short burst, and is strenuous on the body of the user. NAME: Self Destruction RANK: A TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very High DESCRIPTION: In a last ditch effort the user charges all of the energy they have left into the core of their being, before clashing it against itself causing a powerful explosion as their body destroys itself to release all of the users energy in raw form directly around them, destroying everything it can in it's path. This technique is extremely powerful but also causes the death of the user immediately. NAME: Solar Flare x100 (Taiyoken x100) RANK: S TECH TYPE: Universal | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very High DESCRIPTION: The Solar Flare x100 is performed by the user placing their hands close to the center of their face with the fingers spread toward their eyes, amplifying the amount of ki pumped into it by an enormous magnitude. The user then calls out the name of the technique, which provokes a white light to fire out and blind everything watching except the user, since they are projecting the light. So much ki is pumped out of this technique that any effected by the blinding are also left unable to sense ki in the surrounding area for a brief period. This technique is defensive, and is mainly used as way to gain the upper hand, make a hasty retreat, or to set up a more complicated technique without fear of interruption. |
