NAME: Rock, Scissors 'N' Paper (Jan Ken) RANK: E TECH TYPE: School | Physical STAMINA USAGE: Very Low DESCRIPTION: The user shouts "Jan Ken", then a name corresponding to the attack: "Gu", equals rock and will be a strong punch. "Chyoki", equals scissors and will be a poke in the eyes. "Pa", equals paper and will be an open palm strike. The key to using this technique tactically is getting your opponent used to you announcing the attack, and then changing the names around in order to surprise them. NAME: Turtle Palm Strike RANK: E TECH TYPE: School | Physical STAMINA USAGE: Very Low DESCRIPTION: A technique where the user throws a strengthened palm strike at the target, strong enough to break through stones and dent metal. The intent of this technique when used on an opponent of equal or stronger strength however is not to harm them, but to push them back or stagger them with the force of the palm. NAME: Small Kamehameha RANK: D TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Low DESCRIPTION: The first version of the Kamehameha learned by a student of the Turtle School, the user focuses a small amount of their latent ki into their palms and releases it in the same way as the other variants of the Kamehameha. However, this blast is much smaller and weaker than the others, but is more energy efficient due to it's low cost of use. NAME: Shocker Flatline RANK: C TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Low - Medium [depending on intensity] DESCRIPTION: Shocker Flatline is an electrical attack where the user channels their ki and transforms it into concentrated electrical energy, before making physical contact with their target and discharging it into them. This technique can knock an opponent out and even stop their heart if used on someone weak enough or in the right circumstances. The strength of the technique depends on how much energy is used to create the electricity. NAME: Original Kamehameha (Ganso Kamehameha) RANK: C TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: The technique involves wide sweeping arm movements and cupping the hands together before bringing them forward to fire a blue wave of energy. It focuses the latent ki of the user into their palms leading to a more explosive energy blast than would normally be possible for the amount of ki used. The primary drawback of the Original Kamehameha is the prolonged period of time it takes to prepare it. Requires Small Kamehameha. NAME: Kamehameha RANK: B TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Medium DESCRIPTION: By drawing his latent ki into the palms of his hands, the user of this technique is able to expel an explosive beam of ki energy, more powerful than a regular ki blast using the same amount, due to the specific way in which the Kamehameha focuses the energy. It is considered to be the signature technique of the students of the Turtle School. Requires Ganso Kamehameha. NAME: Thunder Shock Surprise RANK: A TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: High (Medium [constant]) DESCRIPTION: The user turns a high percentage of the energy in their body into concentrated electricity and shoots a lightning blast towards the target using both hands, trapping the opponent within an electric field. The attack can be lethal when used on someone weaker due to it's intensity, and for as long as the user maintains the technique their is almost no way for the opponent to escape from the attack regardless of their power. Requires the user to know 'Shocker Flatline'. NAME: MAX Power Kamehameha RANK: A TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: High DESCRIPTION: While the fundamentals of the technique are exactly the same as a regular Kamehameha, the overall power of this Kamehameha is even greater due to the Ki in the attack being compressed further in order to release a more forceful blast. This blast is strong enough that it could even blow away a mountain. NAME: Super Kamehameha (Chou Kamehameha) RANK: A TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: Very High DESCRIPTION: Like many variants, the fundamentals for this technique are no different from a regular Kamehameha. The only defining trait with the Super Kamehameha is the greater ki generation, which is enough to generate light from the energy source even while the attack is being prepared. This attack is the most powerful version of the Kamehameha and is considered to be at the pinnacle of the Turtle School's abilities. NAME: Destructo Disc (Kienzan) RANK: S TECH TYPE: School | Energy STAMINA USAGE: High DESCRIPTION: The Destructo Disc is one of the Turtle School's most advanced attacks and is incredibly dangerous and difficult to master. It is a razor-sharp disc of Ki that can slice through almost any substance, capable of cutting even the most durable opponents. The technique is energy efficient for it's power, however like the Original Kamehameha it's drawback is the time it takes to prepare the attack. |
